BIM Content Creation
We create parametric (flexible) families for MEP, structural and architectural design. We use interoperability between Autodesk Inventor and Revit to model complex objects with the same rfa files' features. We also automate processes through Revit Dynamo and Revit API.
Structural Modelling & Drafting
We carry out modelling and fabrication drawings for steel structures, reinforced concrete, wood, and masonry, for residential use.
MEP 3D Modelling
We use Autodesk Revit to model in 3D hydrosanitary, electrical and mechanical (HVAC) installations for residential use.
Clash Detection
We identify and create clash reports between different MEP installations, structural design, and architectural design.
BIM Management
We take care of the assembly and maintenance of projects that use the collaborative work option, as well as the coordination with the different parties involved using Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360. In addition, we create and maintain templates and libraries.
Architectural Drafting
We model and render architectural spaces using Autodesk Revit.
