Simulation
We perform elastostatic analyses through Finite Elements (FEA) for 2D and 3D models, mesh optimization and convergence study. We also evaluate the movement of mechanical parts in assemblies.
3D Modelling
We create 3D models for different purposes, such as rendering for publication, obtaining physical properties, simulation, spatial analysis, configurations, and automation using iLogic (exclusive to Autodesk Inventor).
Weldments
Modelling and analysis, and shop drawings of metal structures using specialized tools.
Documentation
We prepare layouts for the manufacture of products, BOM, and carry out tolerance analysis.
MBD
We use the model-based definition (MBD) alternative as a form of documentation for manufacturing, reducing errors and increasing clarity for the manufacturer.
PDM
We use data vaults to streamline, improve and standardize production and teamwork processes.
